Background

Laura Bradbury is a Nurse Practitioner with additional clinical expertise in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).   Laura completed both undergraduate and graduate level-education at Ryerson University (undergraduate 2008; graduate 2015).  She has additional, formal training through University of Toronto, Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE) and The Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

Laura has a special interest in epilepsy, mind-body connection and the role of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-based strategies used to help mitigate symptoms of anxiety, depression and low self-esteem.
